I think that you have valid proof but you just haven't posted all of it yet.

If you use the proper scam report format here(https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073) then I think it will be much more likely you get a DT member to neg bomb that scammer user.
