Well I guess there's not much hope for any success coming out of this post, though thank you all for reading. And just to be specific, current withdrawal minimums are 0.05 btc and 0.1 eth (account generates 0.1 eth roughly every 2 weeks). And the posted estimates were accurate as of that snapshot in time. These are today's estimates, which as someone pointed out do in fact assume today's level of mining difficulty as well as today's price. Thank you anyhow for your consideration.

Appreciate it.

I don't think Hashflare is valid collateral as you can obtain it back, even if you don't there's the problem of withdrawal limit, I'm not updated on what's their minimum withdrawal limit, but I've seen many complain that they're rising it, so whoever ends up with the account could possibly make the money back but can't withdraw it, which renders it useless.

I have a 20 th/s SHA256 account on hashflare, I would say you are wrong in your estimates. When I started with mine I was earning like 5mBTC/day less 2mBTC as fees. That was in August. Now it is just actually generating generating 0.4mBTC a day excluding the fees!  Shocked

The revenue forecast is merely a guide, it will 100% not be the end result! It doesn't even calculate for the fees by the way.

If you only have 6.91 th/s SHA256 and compare it to my 20 th/s SHA256 that would mean you are just generating 0.138mBTC per day. Assuming you bought that hashing power just today, that means you will get 33.12mBTC for the whole 8 months and that is assuming that there is not change in difficulty! Say your other contracts (scrypt + ETH) also generates the same 33.12mBTC for the remainder of the lifetime of the contract, that only is 66.12mBTC!

So, that only goes to show that your statement "should pay out in combined BTC/ETH roughly 3 times the requested loan amount over the course of the remaining life." It won't even payout the loan amount. :/

Valid points. From a general view of the securities page you have to directly contact support for certain account changes (i.e. email). Though maybe I overestimated the concreteness of that. If anyone out there has any experience or insight with this sort of thing, I'd very much appreciate it (good or bad).

Thanks!

Is it not possible to completely transfer ownership through contacting support by changing email/name etc while also notifying them of the transfer?  Thank you for the reply.

And I'd of course be willing to document my contacting support detailing the "sale" of the account.

Support aren't there to help mediate account transfers, I highly doubt they have anything in the operating manual that would allow them to participate in something like this.

Odds are, like most online accounts it will be easily recoverable by the owner (you). That is, unless you can transfer the mining power to someone else's account temporarily.

I'm not certain exactly how the system works with hashflare.

This is obviously invalid collateral, once you have provided your mining accounts to the lender, you could quite easily contact hashflare, claim your accounts were stolen and have them restored back to you.

It is highly unlikely that anybody is going to take these accounts as collateral, and you should be wary of anybody that offers, as they are probably looking to steal your accounts. Not that it matters much as they are easily retrievable.

I'm looking to acquire a loan for the listed amount (0.085 BTC). Though I don't have any altcoins in my immediate possession to offer up as collateral, I'm willing to transfer (through the appropriate support channels) ownership of my hashflare account, which according to current estimates should pay out in combined BTC/ETH roughly 3 times the requested loan amount over the course of the remaining life of the associated contracts (8 months).

The agreement would require the loaner to transfer ownership of my hashflare account BACK to me if 0.09 BTC is not repaid in place of the original 0.085 within 14 days duration following the loan start date. If I fail to repay within the given timeframe, the loan obviously moves into default and the loaner retains no obligation to relinquish ownership of the account.

Any identity verification required as well as the temporary granting of access to my account to a serious loaner so that they can review its contents would obviously need to be a more private interaction, so please feel free to message me here on this site or email at [email protected].

I understand the reality of my history here being limited at this point in time so no hard feelings about perceiving a scam etc. Though ironically, because I would need someone trusted who could be expected to relinquish ownership back to me in the event that I fulfill my obligation, I'll likely not accept offers from users with a limited account history, regardless of whether or not they meet my request.
