Hey guise.
I've been coaching people online and onsite for close to 2 years now, training for a lot longer.
I have close to 8 years of martial arts experience, 4 years of Strength/Conditioning with body weight exercises and 2 years of weight lifting. I will be competing at the Swedish Nationals for Classic Powerlifting next season as well.

Anyways, I'm only coaching a couple of people at the moment, and I mostly do it because I like helping people improve themselves almost as much as I like improving myself.

If you're motivated enough, I'll gladly stay your coach for as long as you want for free. I'll only take 3 free clients during one time as to not take up time from my other clients.

If you live in Umeå, Sweden, I can also train with you in person.

Coaching includes, but is not limited to:
-Evaluation of goals & preferences.
-Personalized exercise regimen.
-Flexible dieting basics & tips for YOUR goals.

I do not do cookie cutter diet plans. I encourage flexible dieting (If It Fits Your Macros) and sane behaviour based on the individual preference and goals.
Also I'm an advocate of moderate to heavy weight lifting for muscle gains and general fitness. With good lifting form and mostly compound exercises, it's one of the safest way to increase your fitness level.
