Very tempting. I've always wanted to create one of my own but have avoided till now. Like they say if you know what you are doing then go ahead, else better not

This is open for debate. This was something that satoshi said to do when QT was the only wallet service available. However since then many other wallet services have been created, many of which offer much greater coin control abilitiesI was referring to the ecdsa public key being revealed when an address is reused after being spent. This is irrelevant to the type of wallet used.

it can be done using vanity wallet gen
but you make sure you don't share private key with anyone else
and it should be a key splitted wallet generation for safety

Make sure you know what you are doing or things can turn sour real quick.

It's Vanity adress mate , check this website : https://www.bitaddress.org , move your mouse till you create an adress then go to "vanity wallet" tab . you should be fine
Use oclvanitygen instead of vanitygen if you have a good GPU. You can generate a longer personalized part.
