I think you should post this topic on local sub-forum in order to get more signs, Other countries people will be less interested to support a exchange in foreign country.

This is the best advise you need  to follow because posting this here willnm not meet the required population. For example I am not from Hawaii neither I have any affiliation with Hawaii so signing the petition does not make any difference to me but over there the people directly involved can act on it.

Exactly, you should post this in the local forum for getting more attention and to increase the signs for your petition. At this thread, People will not take any efforts to sign it as they are unable to connect with it.

Bitcoin interferes with the philosophy of those in power in Hawaii-things that give people freedom aren’t welcome.  The best advice for Hawaii is to vote out the party that keeps promising something for nothing in order to buy votes from those naive enough to believe in a “free lunch.”



Here! Here! Hawaii def needs a different approach to things.

Agree that cryptos shouldn't be like that in Hawaii. Even with the local government looking into utilizing it for their purposes.
