Do not bring them back. Us early folk must feel special.

Ah Bitpop you were too late they already went into full effect and everyone not napping got one
That said still keeping mine it grew on me after all this time.

True but it's never too late to freeze them again.

Time to find a vulnerability muhahahahaha

I've been using this avatar for like a year and half and still don't feel like changing it, It's a character that i loved watching many years ago. If the avatars were limited to Senior Members minimum, that could change a few things for sure, either Senior or Hero.

Long live Mashiro damn adorable ^^
Speaking of wants S2 or at least an OVA special lol.

Must remove avatar feature again!

When I could upload an avatar, I dint find the need to do so. There's nothing special if one does have or does not have an avatar. It does not make anyone superior  Undecided

I have now uploaded an avatar after almost 2 years and don't mind if this feature is removed again.

Must remove avatar feature again!

Can you explain the real purpose to remove again the possibility to upload a custom avatar? Don't you like to see the pineapple that I have right now  Grin ?

No only old members can have an avatar, please remove your pineapple Smiley

Done, I have changed the pineapple with another avatar. Is it ok now or not? I don't know why do you want to remove the possibility to upload an avatar.

//just kidding, I would like to see what will you say about my action and understand the meaning of this thread.

Can you explain better what do you mean with old members? I'm here since the beginning of 2014 so I suppose I'm not old, but your "censorship" to all the other users is not a very good comportment (by legendary like you).

Exclusivity, not censorship for members before 2012. They should also be locked.

I'm against this, everyone should be equal. I would like to see the avatar feature as one time only though. no changing, like usernames..
don't ask me why I want that to happen

Changing avatars is currently not possible.
When will setting/changing avatars be possible?
When it's ready

You sound like my mother haha.

I don't think there's any rush to fix the avatars. Apparently new software is coming soon.

waits for somebody to post this:

Well, this is fixed and now I have uploaded my avatar. Thanks!

Haha Wink Seriously though it might take "Management" few years to get it back. it's already months with nothing. and it took weeks to get "Management" to put a red 1 line sentence in the avatar adding area.

I was curious after I saw this thread so I went in to see if I was able to change (set, since I never bothered to add one) an avatar:

is this a result of the thread?

or was this done weeks or months ago and I just never noticed?

It was done months ago and you never noticed  Cheesy.

You're not 1337 enough unless you have images in your sig :-)

Does anyone still have images in their sigs? I seem to remember wiping the old ones out a long time after they were disabled for new sigs. But maybe not.

I've seen one or two about. I'll keep an eye out for them. Any bounties for finding 'em?  Grin

Do not bring them back. Us early folk must feel special.
I hope to see some people get the chance to change their Avatar, sometimes its hard to take some users serious when I can't get past the thought of the facial expression going right along with a statement they just made.
I feel I am fortunate that I do not have one locked into my profile, pretty sure  I could have had one.

I'm waiting on my hands for this new forum software Grin  Any second now.

Heh, I don't know about that. I don't think anyone knows what the timeline is, rather than it is in production currently.

Why would you want to freeze avatars? What happens when us early folk decide to change our avatars and cant?

Anyone who makes it out of the nooby phase should feel special, having overcome mind-rotting post restrictions and the highest rate of scammers among any member group.

I'm going to upload my avatar once my account is old enough and there's nothing you can do about it.
