Update: the transaction was succesfully processed 24 hours ago, it shows up in the blockchain.

Maybe something wrong with your BTC client? Is it in sync?

The block explorer you mention above is incorrect, it's not my BTC address and wrong BTC amount too, it's 7 BTC not 1.0788 BTC in that transaction. Don't you check the withdrawal id #10000222
