just register 2 days ago, i dont know about it.
Yes look like they just copy paste content from others site. And yes this is the most important sign of scam. Do you have any Bitcointalk id behalf of them or they are promoting on bitcointalk ? If yes please add the link on OP.
What happened:: PHFirecoin (http://www.phfirecoin.com/) is a scam coin made using stolen code from ManateeCoin (https://manateecoin.org/)
