Portfolio and what project you've been working before .
It is easily for empolyer to decide to hire you if you have that portfolio or at least photo of meet up you do before and project name you are working or finish working .its easy to say you have experience but your account is just a newbie i don't think employer will just believe and hired you by just saying that.
