Pure Proof of Work and Proof of Stake - Both systems reward participants with new coins which are not ideal since only the Central Bank can issue new coins

So If I understand it correctly there is no possible way to mine nor stake the coins. Only the central bank is allowed to do that. That's just so fucking dumb. Even pure copycat shitcoins understand that this isn't really acceptable by the community. Some premine you can get away with, but this shit is just plain silly.

on the flip side however it's nice to see a crypto coin backed by a central bank.

I think that's another sign that Bitcoin already make great success worldwide , so many countries try to imitate the Bitcoin transaction even by illegal methods or making scams as noticed here

i don't even want to go into how laughable it sounds,

and it may have been started by a USAID program so possibly

it was money laundering or something of the kind

can't seem to find whether the bill was passed or
