This has been going on for a long time. Lafu, the Mods, and Gthub have been busy nuking them like a game
of whack-a-mole. I hope Phoenixminer shows appreciation.

@VRMdude

Please edit your post you have done and delete the Fake download Links with Malware !

They are not back on github , the real PhoenixMiner thread has nothing to do with that Github Fake Links that have Malware in it !
You can read more about that here in my thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.58259666
Just report the Fake Link Post to the Mods and all is good , its a knowen problem with that posts and links and they get delete as soon as possible.
Possible the Mitchell Bot catched your post also and thats why it got deleted .

The only Link that is the real download link for PhoenixMiner is https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/

The direct download links where redacted.

They are already back posting the links but there fake malware infested github repo has been nuked lol

folks there is what i believe a scammer posting links to download latest version of PhoenixMiner 5.8C and mods here seem reluctant to remove it instead delete my warning posts about it which is a bit strange....

If PhoenixMiner is back on github I apologise but have not seen any such notification and so ask you all to report the scammer post.

Below is a copy of my warning post for reference and the direct link to the scammeer post is: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/phoenixminer-62c-fastest-ethereumethash-miner-with-lowest-devfee-winlinux-2647654

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!!!

The  new  version  is  finally  ready.  You  can  download  PhoenixMiner  5.8c  from  here:

Github
[url=https://github.com/PhoenixDev-Mine/PhoenixMiner/releases/xxxxxlinkdisabledxxxxx
Github

Changes in version 5.8c :
  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis  1 - yes (default), 0 - no
  • Added lock core clock
  • Fixed an issue causing crashing with some RTX 3060/3080/3090 cards
  • Implemented new "turbo" kernels (-clkernel 3) for AMD Polaris cards that can work with the current DAG sizes over 4 GB. Note that -clkernel 3 uses double the VRAM and will
provide slightly faster hashrate with slightly higher power consumption. You can use the -rvram command-line parameter to specify how much VRAM to be left unused
  • Increased the maximum supported DAG epoch to 600 (i.e. until about Sep 2023)
  • Implemented full hardware control for AMD RX6900/6800/6700 cards under Linux. Note that with these cards under Linux you need to specify relative core voltage: e.g. -
cclock -50 will set the core voltage to be 50 mV under the default value
  • Added ROCr kernels for Vega, Radeon VII and Navi cards. With these kernels you will be able to run these cards with Linux drivers 20.45 and later but the performance will
be lower than with the older PAL drivers and kernels. We recommend using AMD Linux driver 20.30 for all cards except RX6900/6800/6700
  • Fixed an issue causing crashing with some RX6900/6800/6700 cards under Linux (there is no need to run these cards with -clkernel 0 anymore)
  • Added support for AMD Windows drivers up to 21.8.1. Note that Radeon VII cards will not work with drivers 21.6.1 or higher - you need to use older drivers for proper
    operation of these cards
  • Added support for AMD Linux drivers up to 21.20 (use older drivers for Vega or Radeon VII cards as they will not work with 21.20). Note that the latest 21.30 drivers are
not supported (and the initial testing shows that even the older Polars cards are not working properly with them, so avoid 21.30 for now)
  • Numerous other fixes and small improvements

Please let us know if you have any problems or questions related to PhoenixMiner 5.8c

Dear mods,

this post above links to what i believe is a none official source of PhoenixMiner yet you delete my warning to it and leave it up?

What are you doing?

Has a scammer infiltrated your ranks or is PhoenixMiner back on Github without any notice promising a long desired feature like LHR nullification? PhoeninxMiner was kicked off Github and its well documented in this thread. The only official place to download PhoenixMiner is from there own website which is linked in the first post of this thread and copied below.

https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/

ALL TAKE NOTE

UNTIL VERIFIED OTHERWISE BY PM, DOWNLOADING PHOENIXMINER from any location other than "https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/" is likely to ruin your day/week/year (delete as appropriate)

The following link offered by the suspect scammer appears to be a new github account and provided for reference it is an unknown repositary setup yesterday 24th Oct 2021 DO NOT DOWNLOAD FROM IT.
