Most likely he is the owner and the operator of the scam website and not really looking for referrals. His account was created few days after the domain was registered and in the deleted post he didn't share his ref link or ask others to pm him. He didn't even ask other members for their reviews!
Either way, the red tag he got from tvplus006 is appropriate and well deserved.
I'll report the website to the domain registrar and the hosting company and hope it will be taken down soon.

you're right, I've been watching OP and he hasn't made any posts yet, I'm waiting for him to make a post so I know where he found this site? Could he be the owner of the website?
I think he is looking for referrals. He is trying to shill the site so that he can trick some members into signing up using his referral link.

He is promoting the website of a fake team for the referral commission, which is intended to be a complete scam. If anyone joins and invests in this project on his referral and then scams the project then it will not be of any benefit to him.
But seeing his promotion, many new investors may be attracted to such scam projects which may lead them to fall prey to scams. Because in many cases new investors are more attracted to this type of project than the real project!

Yes, his main purpose of registering on the forum is to shill this scam. And since Slow death has already proved the fact that phoenixstake.com is a scam, I decided to write a negative review for David.et so that everyone can see that he is promoting a scam and be wary of his recommendations.

It's because a couple of his posts are deleted.

Hi guys, go check out phoenixstake.com

BTC staking/lending platform, you can earn around 20% APY. So, please if you are interested, connect with me here, so I can send you my Referral ID.
This is not advice, just my thinking. Why would people hold coins while they can earn also with staking? There is no need to trade or whatever!
I mean if you earn 0.2 BTC yearly on 1 BTC, 100% sure. Does that sound good?
Thanks

Scammers often help to expose themselves by posting deliberately false information on the site, for example, as in this case, a fake team. It would be much more difficult to prove scam if they did not provide any information about their team at all. The fake command indicates that they were initially set up for scam and could avoid responsibility at the same time.

Stay away from this site. when i saw the site the first thing that caught my attention was the domain name: phoenixstake.com

this made me think: the guy was just too lazy to think of some other better name, so i checked the team members and to my surprise they are fake members
