I really didn't know where else to look for this question, so Im asking you guys, hoping I can get some valid feedback.
I'm trying to make some extra money, and I intend to do that by making fake IDs using photoshop in order to get verified
netteler account, which other people can use for betting.
I know this is against the law, but how bad is it, and Is there any way they can start the investigation and eventually get to me?
 Huh Huh

Thanks

yes. its against the law.
you can't make much money by making fake id nowadays.
reason for that is,
1. ease of access to those tools for ordinary people
2. there are not many cases where people will find fake id
3. usually who needs fake id are young kids, which don't have much money.

i'd suggest that you learn legit photoshop editing skills with illustrator skills to design graphics

and of course, if you cause enough troubles, they will get you no matter what.
definition of 'enough' is a subjective matter though.
