its better to power the eps 12v straight from off the breakout board, takes the load off that pico
I power my server gpu rigs this way, much better for the pico

in this picture youll see a short cable go from the breakout board to the eps 12v, its got a 4+4 pin connector, and a pigtail for powering the pico psu

Thanks for your reply.

So if I understand it right ist is one cable bundle. What is the proper name to search for or maybe you know where can I find it?

you wont find a cable like this, that I know of theres only me and another person that make a simple cable like this

Breakout board has 6 pins, but my motherboard 8 pin connector. Can I connect 6 pin from BB straight to mobo 8 pin? Thanks.

if you read what I posted youd know the answer to that

Cryptowatcher,

My BB doesn`t have 4 pin, just 6 pin port. Can I do same like you? I also bought PICO....

he is talking about on the motherboard lol, and yes from bb to eps 12v , essentially its a 6pin to 4+4 pin eps 12v with a pig tail and 2.5mm barrel plug to power the pico psu, I do custom make and sell them sometimes for people

Hello!

I need some help with my mining rig.
I try to run my H110 btc+ with 160w Pico PSU, but without success.

I ordered this pico:

and have this breakout board:

Since there is a 4P slot on both the breakout board and the pico I am connecting them with a 4P male to 4P male cable:

Anyone an idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance
