Isn't there a online picture editing tool?
I think you can't add a borders in bitcointalk forum. There is no current update regarding to that. But im not sure cause i am new member of bitcointalk forum.

That picture doesn't work. Link to it directly on flickr. Don't you have microsoft paint? Just cut them off with that.
