You can post images between '[img]' tags, but you won't be able to do so until you become Jr. Member. Check out previous referenced link for more information
Q: How do I put an image in my post/thread?
A: First you have to upload it to some image hosting site. Just google it, I'm sure you'll find one that suits you. Then simply put in the link to that image like this:

I want to add pictures to my announcement, but it will not allow me. Please let me add pictures. I don't feel like I should need to spam in order to increase my activity so that I can post pictures. And add a thumbnail picture.

I want to add pictures to my announcement, but it will not allow me. Please let me add pictures. I don't feel like I should need to spam in order to increase my activity so that I can post pictures. And add a thumbnail picture.
If it's just the thumbnail picture, you may wait for the next activity upgrade. Your current rank is 28, so when your activity updates, you would be a Jr. Member and would be able to post the images.Currently you may use the "[img]" tag in your posts and when you become jr member, the pictures would automatically start showing to your previous posts as well.
Sorry, you just need to post around a lot before you can post images. If you can't perhaps you should find somebody else with a better rank to help you with it. It would probably boost the credibility of your service or coin a bit anyway.
