Bro you have known here for a long time why don't try an escrow service too? Busy ba masyado?
May mga Pinoy newbies kasi akong nakita na hirap sa paghanap ng escrow kaya ang choice lang nila is by risking the amount or account thru "account first or amount first" deal. This is really risky and those newbies really put an effort to have that amount or account and then in just wrong move mawawala.

After some talks between the buyer and the seller..
- Buyer will hand me the amount
- Seller will give the account details to the buyer
- After the buyer confirms that it has the full control of the account, I will hand the amount to the seller.
