As for the ANN thread, the proof of work requirement is apart of the auditing process. PingPaid is operating its BETA platform as well, which is one of the steps of the airdrop - to signup to the BETA platform. So the BETA platform signup is meant to get feedback. As of now, the thread referenced allows them to post the proof of work in one or the other. Hopefully this addresses your concerns. This works so that we can analyze to properly account and audit the ongoing proof of works for different rewards. We have not and would not intentionally encourage spam or fraudulent activities, and we apologize if you have misunderstood it to be that.
You can analyze all that in your bounty thread. Now that this has been brought to your attention you can't claim ignorance and you need to remove the bumping requirement.
