That is a very great move but if they still asking for documents or KYC when playing with Bitcoins and limiting deposits and withdrawal that is a no go for me.

I guess they will have this limit which is a big one for me because of international laws but I am not sure yet. I will keep an eye on how things develop further there, they have the best odds compared to any other bookmaker.
Nothing has changed regarding KYC and restricted countries, you still won't be able to register from USA, UK, France etc.
But the best alternative is Nitrogen Sports since they offer almost all markets and odds available at Pinnacle.

Pinnacle is the frst of the major (traditional) bookmakers with accepting bitcoins, a nice step forward! I hope many bookmakers such as bwin and unibet wil follow soon in accepting bitcoins.

Great news and I reckon we will be seeing more news like this in the future.
The market for Bitcoin gambling is just too big for traditional casinos not to take notice of it and also start enabling Bitcoin deposits.

The things is though, I'm not sure if traditional casinos can actually convince crypto gamblers to come play at their casinos.
We're pretty much used to the service we get at our regular crypto-exclusive casinos, which is a lot better in most cases. (Instant withdraws etc.)
On just seeing the recent updates on what we are reading here about Pinnacle then it does really signifies that they have noticed about bitcoin when it comes to gambling industry. They decide to make use of it because they can see the demand and as a business owner I will really definitely do such changes for the sake of profits. Gambling industry is indeed huge,if they would decide to stay into traditional ways they would really get behind.

indeed it's great news for bitcoin gambling since pinnacle is one of the best sportsbetting sites
not sure if they KYC , but if you use Asianconnect you can have access to pinnacle and you don't need to send your ID or any other paper in case you want to use bitcoin as your payment method
using asianconnect you will have access to pinnacle and many other sportsbetting sites from their platform

With news like this, I think they will generate more gamblers to play inside their site, I think bitcoin addition will bring another success for Pinnacle,
it will also  a better beginning for those big gambling site to offer the same, bitcoin already got a large numbers of supporters so if they wanted to
attract more players, then adding bitcoin as another way to use playing/betting is really good deal to have more bitcoiners inside the house. good job
Pinnacle lets see who's next in the line.
Theres no doubt on that which they would add up even more players and for those people which do have past experiences with them will really bring back good memories since they are already accepting bitcoin which is a good step for them to made. They do realize that they would extent profitability if they would consider on adding up bitcoin.Adoption is always on the move, sooner or later there would really follow up the trend.

It should also be noted Pinnacle doesn't accept business from customers inside the USA.   Roll Eyes Sad

Some states in america have also illegalized fantasy sports websites like draftkings or fanduel. In theory, americans believe they have greater freedom and rights than europeans or foreigners. In reality, when it comes to gambling it appears americans have far less rights and freedoms as we can't even use pinnacle, draftkings or fanduel in a lot of cases. There are many sportsbooks which do not accept business from the USA. It makes me sad to think of those business opportunities going to waste.

I don't know if this is something Donald Trump will try to address in the future but if he can reverse things and let US residents participate in fantasy sports or gambling on pinnacle's website, I think he might gain some support.

5dimes.eu has accepted bitcoin ($50 minimum deposit / withdrawal last I checked) for a long time now. Many pro gamblers seem to prefer 5dimes as it often offers props and live betting. Its a decent book.

Sportsbookreview.com also accepts and pays out in btc with their "upgrade to pro" plan. Its a good deal you pay $100 to a charity and they allow you to participate in their fantasy sports contests. In addition you're awarded 12 points per day for logging in which can be redeemed for prizes or btc.

It may be safe to say gambling sites and industries which are more concerned with profits than politics are likely to embrace crypto via adding bitcoin support in the future.

Pinnacle is a renowned sportbook and has been doing business since 1998, so its adoption of Bitcoin as one of its payment methods is a welcome development and a big plus for Bitcoin. Sport betting with Bitcoin just got better, reliable and more attractive. I see BitPay is doing a great job of shadowing the price volatility of Bitcoin and thus making it attractive to a teeming number of merchants across the globe. More adoption of Bitcoin by many merchants is actually a prelude for the stabilization of the price of Bitcoin.

Pinnacle now was a very well known sports betting game, They have many feature game to choose from their sites. But unfortunately, i don't have account maybe my eldest brother has an account that pinnacle site. Well, this is one of the great achievement of bitcoin and slowly spreading to the gamblers so that all gambler will also apply here.

Hooo, things are getting interesting day by day in the gambling realm. Grin This is such great news for us gamblers especially for those who are loyally using Pinnacle in the past years. I've used them few months ago but discontinued it due to the hassle of converting my local currency to dollars to bet on them. And with this new update, it is now a lot easier to bet in their platform. Their reputation is one of the best from the never-ending list of online bookies available out there. I'll definitely try them out again.

Other bookies should follow this move and add BTC as a method of payment in their websites. Well, I'm sure that they will follow-through once they see the benefit of having it.

I use to do online betting using a site that would only accept fiat as payment.
They were in europe from what I remember.
I am beginning to think it was an offshoot of this company but I am not too sure. Undecided
If it is and they are accepting bitcoin now,
I think I will return to using them.
I remember getting charged $700 in total for the bets I made on my cc those many years ago. Embarrassed

I have just received the Email from Pinnacle that they are now accepting Bitcoins trough BitPay as payment method. Both deposits and withdrawals in BTC are possible. We are getting better with BTC adoption Smiley

I have been using Pinnacle for a long time in the past and I must say that they were bookie site with very fair odds. In fact they had by far the best odds among all bookies I used. I stopped using them in the last few years due to some domestic laws (taxes) but now with BTC enabled deposits & withdrawals I can use them again. If they kept their quality, and from quick look this morning it seems they have, I believe you will find them as a very good competition for current crypto accepting betting sites.
with this news, it has been made sure that bitcoin growth in the gambling world is very fast ,, and this will be good after a very drastic price reduction, already in pstikan if bitcoin will re-pump the price up to the moon..for me this may normal because I do not gamble by using Pinnacle site

Ooooohhh yeeeaaahhh!  Now I'm torn between Nitrogen and Pinny...  Sad

I used to use Pinny a lot before I started using BTC for sports bets.  They have the best lines in the business.  BUT, be aware that they restrict withdrawals until you have made bets 3x your deposit amount or something like that.  Just be aware of their terms before making a deposit.

I know exactly what you mean  Shocked Pinny brings out some good memories.

Didn't know about that rule. I made a lot of withdrawals during my time there, some of them were I believe on 2-2.5 x my deposit. But it is possible that rule was just for newer accounts or maybe they counted overall withdrawals/deposits in my case. It is also possible they just liked the traffic on my account and decided not to stir the boat Smiley

Very good news, but also very surprised! Never expected that. I did not know their gambling license would allow it (I think they were licensed in Curacao before?). Anyway, very pleased with that.

They don't have the option on my country site, I just checked. I suppose you are using the .com version or another. It is a pity that in the .es version bitcoin deposit is not available (yet?).

I don't think you'll be torn lol, I feel someone is going to be spoilt for choices 😂, it's a welcome change and good to see Bitcoins being adopted.

Thanks for that rule clarification I'm sure many would have ignored this or would have ranted about the site later, thanks for the heads up.

PS the way you sounded seems like your new girlfriend and your hot girlfriend is back and you need to choose whom will you choose lol.
