It one of the old-school scam methods here. Reg in the site, apply promo code, win some BTC, and play roulette game win a big amount. you will be so curious and feel lucky until try to withdraw. It's common. and who will deposit a little amount will lose their fund 100000% sure. So don't be greedy and don't think of people as fools that they will give you such amount free.
Btw there is also a topic where a lot of such sites was listed. I can not find the topic atm.
