the two projects are beautiful and they're a hardworking team . It is very difficult to predict . But PIVX I'd say .

I will vote for KOMODO, because I like the team but remember in the previous time the komodo gets hacked. but the dev is very professional and they can recover the price of komodo as fast as possible. I really like the team. Komodo will be the first to hit $20 . 
Komoda's market cap is twice pivx's market cap and none of them is superior to each other by far so I think pivx will reach $20 first.

For me it is Komodo, it has way more potential than PIVX, which is to me just a speculative coin that got some hype, just as Pascal and that now is being forgotten.
I think komodo first because the dev is very active and team always update the thread and they have many partners , projects and also investors. But we dont know exact what coin reach 20 dollars first. But I hope komodo coin will be first.

I will put my vote to the KOMODO coin, I remember that the hacked stage of komodo but looks the dev is better than a clone of dash. There is a lot of demand for komodo. I remember buy 5k worth of kmd coin at 12k satoshi and in this time the price is always increase. believe me kmd is better.
