The only place that I've found any ASIC hardware at a fair and reasonable price is from asic-technologies.com/asictech.info.
asic-technologies.com/asictech.info (and many other variations) are confirmed scammers (relevant thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/httpwwwasic-technologiescom-httpasic-techcom-308982). One-post user is advertising them, funny Smiley

thanks for the update. luckily I saw your post before buying from asic-tech.info

Those ASIC usb block eruptors are seriously overpriced, and I don't understand how they can be profitable. I was lucky enough to purchase 25 (3 separate orders on ebay) before the BTC went over a grand at 10 bucks per, and I thought it was overpriced then. They are no longer in production so I think you might have a hard time finding anymore at a decent price. Might want to look into the Furys usb but again, they are seriously overpriced on ebay. Before the BTC rise I was pricing them at 130 per. The only place that I've found any ASIC hardware at a fair and reasonable price is from asic-technologies.com/asictech.info. The only downside is you have to pay by BTC and you can thank the scammers for that one.

Thanks all for your replies!

Have to hunt around on ebay I think as they seem to be mostly seriously overpriced. Best deal I've found so far is probably btctock.com or bitcoinrigs.org, although am a little wary of scam sites.

They are out of production, ebay or amazon have them but they might not be in your price range.

from my experience ebay is a good place to find them in a hurry.  I'd also suggest looking around this forum for people who have bought more then they need and are willing to sell any extra they have.  I believe I saw someone with a similar offer just today but I can't recall where.  Be sure to use an escrow.

I know they're technically obsolete when it comes to mining bitcoin, but could theoretically still be used for mining altcoins.

Could anyone direct me to somewhere to purchase bulk packs of asic usb miners at a semi-decent price?
