Why do you blame us for plagiarism? Signatures for the bounty campaign we ordered from a designer who also like you makes a signature.

We did not find this signature in your portfolio https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/signature-design-service-only-25-2179270 . We will contact BGX and resolve this issue.

Thank you for paying attention to this, we will closely check the contractors with whom we work.

After communicating with the BGX, we either stay with the current signature or adjust it. The same signatures have a bad effect on the result of the campaign, since they are misleading

We do not see any design solutions in this signature

Can we know who is the one who designed that signature? Can you please link the BitcoinTalk profile of that signature designer?

Do you still need proof of my conversation in telegram with BGX?
LOL

Where did you contact the BGX team? Since I checked their account they were inactive, have you contacted him on the telegram?

#LOL

Well. I just sent a message to qurrex and will wait for a reply from him within 24 hours from now. If he does not answer during that time. You can give him a red paint to him.
Thank you.

If I am the DT member I will put it right now the negative trust, why? So that they will easily recognize and make an action about this matter. Just edit or removed that trust rating when it is from a designer who just copy your signature design.

I don't think the ICO/company usually makes their own signatures.
They don't.

Chances are, they paid someone to do it, and may not be aware of the plagiarism...
In post plagiarism, it's very black and white; either they copied, or didn't.
Therefore, either the people behind the ICO are getting tagged or the person who provided it (if any)? Seems pretty black and white to me, with the difference of having to figure out who the actual perpetrator is (it is at least 1 party with the possibility of both being guilty).

That's the only reason I'd disagree with Lauda.
There was nothing to disagree with. I was asking questions and not really making statements.

I agree with this, as I saw this happen to Joel_Jantsen, who wasn't knowingly stealing someone else's campaign code/layout, and he paused his campaign until this could be resolved.  It would have been wrong, IMO, to tag him for that.  That's the only reason I'd disagree with Lauda.  In most cases, it's obvious who the culprit is.  When someone is copy/pasting a post you know damn well it's the member who posted the plagiarized post, whereas in situations like this the manager may not have known the signature was stolen.

I hope he was given a red tag by a DT member. Thank you
I'm sure you already know the drill (have you talked to "qurrex", prior to opening this thread?)
- I'm asking this, since you didn't mention anything in regards to this (even though this isn't the first time for you to experience such events).

I'll tag if you show that you made a reasonable attempt at contacting them (or do so now).
I wonder why our "drill" in cases of plagiarism of design work requires the victim to contact the offender, but in cases of other plagiarism punishment is handed out almost instantly (e.g. post plagiarism). It doesn't make much sense to wait for the offender to respond if they are actually guilty of this, unless the victim wants to 'make some sort of deal' ("settle") with them, no?
If they respond and implicitly or explicitly admit it, they still knowingly did it. If they take steps to 'remedy' the situation, you wouldn't act on it?

I don't think the ICO/company usually makes their own signatures. Chances are, they paid someone to do it, and may not be aware of the plagiarism. I think it's fair to allow them to respond, and possibly come to an agreement with the original designer. In post plagiarism, it's very black and white; either they copied, or didn't. If someone paid someone else to post for them, that's a very rare case that deserves a ban anyway (imo). If they do remedy them, I probably wouldn't act (or leave a neutral) as it doesn't show them intentionally deceiving or doing something untrustworthy.

Not really a "drill" either, I just like to leave reasonable doubt.
