I think most people are aware of this fact and except for the newbies, who are understandably struggling to understand the forum, and might feel the need to word their replies correctly, most people are ready with an opinion and do not need to refer except to avoid repetition or gain clarity.

I think only people with new accounts are the ones that will copy others and post similar posts and this is due to two reasons, one is that they are keen to increase their activity and rank quickoy, second is that they do not have much knowledge of most of topics as they are new referred by some friend or family member so they just tend to copy others just to increase their posts, i think it is not easy to stop this completely, forum has already tough ranking requirements like merit points, i do not see any other penalty on new accounts will be good for the forum either.

Apart from plagarism, I also see all out marketing campaign which kind of irritates me. Some people are too lazy and too greedy.

Plagiarism is a serious offence. It is right to punish those who plagiarise. This people simply just wants to take bounty rather than helping.

The truth need to be told. The section of the forum, "Alternate cryptocurrency", has the highest number of posts and there is every likely hood, either knowingly or unknowing for one to plagiarise.
It might be applicable to almost everyone on the forum, but most importantly, it is very common among bounty participants and airdroppers. Which i think we should take all necessary precautions, so as to avoid the penalty that comes after it.
Take for instance, the most common ones that large number of people might be guilty of, is when you are asked to send a message for authentication, which most times is just one line sentence.

For better understanding of it, you can visit this thread authored by DireWolfM14

Also, try as much as possible not to limit yourselves to alternate cryptocurrency section alone, rather visit other sections of the forum. It is not a must for to you give comments there, even mere reading the posts that have been made there can help you to improve.
well, people are different. lets focus on good sides of it. i mean, our crypto world. whoever use this forum, it is initally supposed to be a place for finding mind mates and for support

Not only plagiarism in the posting but it's so rampant in the bounty campaign and another form of stealing one's work is submitting other works and make it your own this is especially true in the blog campaign where there are double or even triple entry the other entries are from those who steal other's work.

There are a lot of different scammers, that are using plagiarism to earn bounty tokens. I looked at the content campaign of one bounty and 70 percent of them were coloured red for plagiarism. People are simply lazy and just using copy paste, to earn money. Those guys should be banned.
