Any change in the rule for plagiarism?
Nothing is changed.

ChiBitCTy is a trusted member and like an asset to the collacitable community here.

His paralyzied posts were not an financially motivated attempt and he was not trying to spam the community in any way hence the ban was uplifted by the administration.

If you have your personal legitimate reasons for an upliftiment you should post a thread as Quickseller suggest above.

There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
See the above thread and post.

I got one user who is banned for displaying signature for unknown reason (to me).
ChiBitCTy is "Banned from displaying signatures until March 09, 2020, 08:24:44 PM"
Information taken from his signature.

Out of curiosity, I checked his profile. Surprisingly, he was accused for plagiarism but was not perma-banned.
