You can use Report to moderator button which found on the right bottom of every post.This also related to plagiarim and the account will get nuked by the moderators after you reported them.

Next time if you find the plagiarized post,don't forget to archieve it.Here is the Archieved post history of Onyeks

Yeah raisa5 and 777tradesresearch already deleted their post, or seems like they did, because I try clicking the link to see the post and it says it's off limits.
