It looks like this user is wearing a signature campaign banner.  Why not ask the campaign manager why this user is being paid to degrade the forum?  There are so many trolls here getting paid by campaign managers, I don't understand why everyone blames the users for collecting easy money, or the forum for giving them a platform, but then lets the campaign manager continue doing business as normal when they're literally the ones paying for this plagiarism and degradation of the forum experience.

I have to admit that I am surprised that you who have been on the forum for so long think this way. The goal of plagiarism reports is to permanently remove such users from the forum, not just remove them from one campaign signature only to then become participants in some other campaign. Given the low entry criteria for most signature campaigns, I'm sure the user in question would find a new campaign very easily.

Going after these users is pointless.  There will just be more popping up to do the same thing.  Expecting the forum to constantly clean this up is also a fool's errand, because no matter how many of these users they ban, there will always be more.

This is nothing new that I have not heard from some other old members of this forum, so although I think this is a wrong attitude, let everyone decide whether to ignore the problem or try to be part of its solution. You forget that it is no longer easy to progress in the ranks since the merit system existed, so anyone who tries to create a new account and plagiarize and spam again will not progress far.

User permanently banned.

From my observation. I think the forum stance on plagiarism, especially those that paraphrase or spin the text, has softened. I reported some case of paraphrase sometime in February and the account hasn't been banned as of today

Even plain copy-pasta often doesn't result in a ban as it should, and there doesn't seem to be much consistency in how these reports are handled. Anyway, I stopped caring a while ago, I just report and move on.

Following his signature, this is the campaign in question:
$ISLAND Bounty Campaign managed by Little Mouse

I agree. The campaign managers should enforce the rules of the forum and sanction those who violate them even if the moderators cannot process all the reports on time.

I don't think it would be a problem in my opinion that a plagiarism report isn't handled really soon as long as that forum user is banned or got out of it like a warning or pardon but next time will surely be banned not that I take sides but I find a forum user who got out of it. I would be busy if that amount of report is to be handled for moderators and admins. I think that the forum user said to plagiarize will be banned soon.

Based on the monthly updated report handling statistics, I think the mod needs a little more time to handle the increasing number of reports. In the last 3 months on average there have been 39,402 reports the mod has handled with (not counting the March-April period) so I really think there is a little delay in handling them.

But for certain cases I think there are also reports that are handled quickly including reports of plagiarism.

Period Dec 26 - Jan 25. In this period, 30232 reports handled as good, 711 handled as bad, 299 unhandled.
Period Jan 25 - Feb 24. In this period, 53968 reports handled as good, 490 handled as bad, 387 unhandled.
Period Feb 24 - Mar 26. In this period, 32347 reports handled as good, 458 handled as bad, 1756 unhandled.

I will add for quantity.

I found more than three plagiarism posts, but I thought it made no sense to report more since nothing was happening regarding previous reports. I thought maybe global mods or who already have permaban authority are overwhelmed with reports, but now I see that cases reported a day or two ago have been resolved positively.

Broadly speaking, we need to know that Ethereum 2.0, also known as ETH2 or “Serenity”, is an upgrade to the Ethereum blockchain. This upgrade aims to increase the speed, efficiency, and scalability of the Ethereum network so that it can process more transactions and reduce congestion.

I'm not happy that I have to open a new thread on the topic of plagiarism/paraphrasing, but I would like one of the moderators/admins to explain why for 10 days no one wants to ban the user I reported for as many as three cases of plagiarism? The matter is very clearly presented in each of the reports and there is no doubt that the user in question uses plagiarism in his posts.
