pool or p2pool, solo mining with low hashrate gives you a very low chance of getting anything

Ahh, OK.

That clears things up.


I have another question though. I checked on some bitcoin calculators earlier just to see what I would be making, and I didn't think it was bad. But now I checked on another calculator and it shows that the difficulty sky rockets. By the third month it shows that my profits would split in half from the first month.

This doesn't make much sense to me.

I don't think that the R-box is powered off the USB port, as it uses a direct barrel connector for 5V, so the USB hub could be used just to power the rPi.

So I plan to get some RockMiner R-BOX and set them up on a raspberry pi. Can anyone tell me if I will have problems with this setup, and how many of the RockMiner R-BOX can I hookup on 1 raspberry pi?

I know Im going to need a USB hub obviously, but will a 5V/4A one work?
