I want to know if someone knows any platform that someone can send me btc from his wallet to mine instantly without moving btc value. I use binance but i dont know any way to transfer btc in seconds
If you want to mine BTC, you do not need to wait for someone to transfer to you. But you need devices and requirements for mining Bitcoin and this is not easy mate.
And if you mean about Binance, Binance is an exchange. Where in that exchange, we can buy and sell BTC and other cryptos, deposit, and also withdraw or transfer BTC and other coins instantly. ANd for what you need to transfer your bitcoin to your own wallet? If it is for the investment, yeah you may withdraw or transfer your BTC to your personal wallet (use electrum wallet for better). But if you want to make your BTC to be cash, Binance can do it by selling the BTC and then withdraw the cash into you bank

While everyone is giving the idea on how OP should do it without paying a fee and making his transfer quick. He hasn't comeback to this thread that he made and makes everyone guess what he's literally asking. Two possible answers that I can understand for OP and those are answers about off-chain transactions, they are free and the fastest. And the other one is, OP has Binance BTC address and if he wants to have a quick transaction. You have to pay for higher-highest fee to get a very fast confirmation for the transfer.

You want to have transaction that only takes seconds to recieve are you willing to pay high fees for that ?
If not then better choose alternative altcoin like xrp and other that only takes a second to transfer your balance to another wallet.

For Fast Bitcoin transaction the only thing I know if both wallet use the same custodial wallet ,its working for me in our local wallet exchange. But transferring to other wallet will ask you to pay for  fee and it takes time to transfer.

He might be referring to transactions without any kind of fees, this might be what he meant when he say "without moving btc value". @OP if this is what you meant I think you need to look for custodial wallets that has off-chain transactions enabled which will allow you to send/receive Bitcoin instantly without any fees that is if the sender or receiver will also have the same wallet as what you have. The downside here of course is your transaction isn't recorded in the blockchain which some people don't like as they make it as a proof.

Not sure what you are asking about exactly but what I know, since you use binance, is that they have an internal transfer feature which allows instant and free of charge transactions between its users.
But if you are going to withdraw/deposit to/from an external wallet then you will have to pay fees and wait for your transaction to get confirmed.
I think they apply a method to credit a bitcoin to internal users for internal exchanges. It is instant by their credits but can people make withdrawals instantly after an internal trade and account credit?

It is applied on casinos. You can make a deposit with not too low transaction fee, and your bitcoin amount will be credited to your account. You can bet with that amount instantly but you can not withdrawal it before that deposit has 1 confirmation.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
I think the OP is talking about internal transfers on one platform. Yes, someone may have instructed him to transact via binance which will be sent quickly without being recorded its value on the blockchain.

But @OP, keep in mind this kind of transaction has no tx proof other than the recipient who will take a picture of the last deposit and give it to you. And I hope you trust enough people who will receive your BTC later. Becareful!

I thought OP was talking about LN which enable instant transfer (if you ignore create channel, finding route, etc.)

Judging by the way OP composed his question, i doubt that he ever heard about LN,let alone know what that is or how to set it up.

Until he clarifies his question, all of us can only play guessing game.

There is some services offering free BTC transfers between their users. Though, actually it won't be real transaction and it won't be visible on Blockchain. I remember that Coinbase allowed to transfer Bitcoin between users of this service, I haven't checked recently does this thing still works. And I'm not sure how instant it will be, maybe it can took some minutes for BTC to appear on your ballance.
Binance also allow such transfers. Xapo (if this wallet still works lol) also allow it. I'm sure that there is some more wallets or exchanges with such feature.

There are a number of centralized services which allow internal transfers between users without broadcasting a transaction to the blockchain.

Ahh.. so that's what OP is about.

OP, please be aware that both you and your transaction partner have to be using the platform.
Additionally, no BTC's are transferred. You don't own the BTC, neither does your partner own any BTC.

With such a service, you are completely trusting the 3rd party. They could simply not pay you out the BTC you allegedly own for whatever reason.

There are a number of centralized services which allow internal transfers between users without broadcasting a transaction to the blockchain. Binance is one of them, as pointed out by khaled0111 above. You can find out how to do it here: https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360037037312-How-to-Make-Internal-Transfer-within-Binance. Coinbase also has this feature (https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/trading-and-funding/sending-or-receiving-cryptocurrency/instant-sends). There are also some gambling sites which will let you tip other users, which essentially does the same thing and transfer bitcoin instantly from you to them.

More generally, if you want to make instant transactions outside of these centralized third parties, then the Lightning network is probably what you are looking for.

I use binance but i dont know any way to transfer btc in seconds
From your topic title and this quote, I would assume one of your inquiry is, a way to send Bitcoin 'instantly' or in seconds.
Bitcoin transactions are added into blocks which are confirmed averagely every ten minutes, after which a new block gets filled up for confirmation. So regardless of the amount paid in fees you cannot make a transaction get confirmed instantly (as this depends on the network), but only put it closer to the tip of the mempool by paying priority fee.
You should note that 10 minutes is the average time time for block confirmation, it could take much longer than that or happen in seconds.

I want to know if someone knows any platform that someone can send me btc from his wallet to mine instantly without moving btc value.
Bitcoin does not lose value when sent, what happens is you pay a fee to miners to get the transaction confirmed, and if you're using a centralized exchange like binance, they charge a service fee on transactions. These fees are taken from the funds in your wallet, if you're sending the maximum amount, it is taken from the transaction input.
To avoid this service charge, use a non custodial wallet to make transactions.

Wait, what?
Could you please clarify what exactly your problem is?

No one will send you BTC for free. You can not mine BTC with a wallet. Binance is not a wallet.

Could you please clarify what you are looking for and/or what kind of issue you are facing?
