I dont think OP is looking for live poker games (video poker). Jetwin offers video poker only right? No pvp poker as what we can see at nitrogen or betking.

Probably betking will provide it for us, since their poker game is still new and their dice game is accepting many coins including ETH so we can hope that their poker game will be available with ETH as well.

Plus they have succeed on doing their ICO

I would recommend americascard room and betonline , they both support bitcoin and you can deposit and withdraw using it

Although nitrogen has seen a big increase in players in the last year they still are dwarfed by the volume of bigger sites. But remember that when you deposit on america's card room or ignition that your bitcoin auto converts to USD and you lose the added benefit of gains if the price of btc goes up.

On nitrogen it's different, its like an ALL btc room. But nitrogen is terrible for tournaments, they don't even have antes in their tournament structures lol....but they do have good promotions

They had there ICO recently, and have a fully functioning platform where they have active players on cash games/tournaments including freerolls.
Currently have Texas Hold'Em and Omaha, decent volume and players all things considered.

They use a ERC20 token they minted called CHP and is traded on IDEX/HitBTC/Allcoin.

I really like this platform, works really well for such a new platform.

Would say nitrogen, though I only play the free tournaments and not really put money into the game. I would say that it's one of the good ones since it is always recommended by a lot of players around the forum.

Though, in my opinion, if you are playing it for real, I would rather go to a real place to play against real people. Since I've read some articles that are saying there are some players preying on people on poker site using super computers to determine their next moves. Not sure how true it is, but it's something to consider.
