Nice catch, I think this is a red flag, a big one! The site looks nice, but after going through the thread I think OP has a lot to explain... some people have problems with verifying their bets, OP has a history of failed projects...

But yeah you should create a scam accusation. Provably fair is the most important thing for a gambling site. So If you don't create the scam accusation for this issue then you will create for what ? Reading the conversation between hauzenberg and the ADMIN, it seems that the admin is not really care about his question.
Wolfgang is even challenging and waiting for him to create a scam accusation but I think they will not come once hauzenberg create a scam accusation thread.
Logically, they can simply give clear answer and explanation in this thread without waiting for scam accusation.
Sorry to say but it is not a good answer from an admin of gambling site to their users especially it is related to something important.

Thy may very well take punitive actions and block your funds for no reason. I see your question went unanswered and you have even tried to speak to them through chat to get your query related to Provably fairness answered.

I'm not an expert about provably fair system, but if you believe that there is something wrong with their system then you can start a scam accusation along with your evidences. I agree if so, because it is true that not everyone wants to take the risk of losing funds just to prove the legitimacy of a site. High ratings are an important reference for how satisfied customers are.

Clean design and easy to explore. There is also a live chat if you have a problem about the site. I tried accessing the site using mobile phone usinh firefox browser and everything seems good. I just tried it and I get the same warning as posted by above user.
It is not a big problem indeed, but sometime people need to open a website in at least 2 different tab for a specific reason or purpose.
For those users, it can be very annoying.

The design is simple and not looks too complicated with having a faucet inside the dashboard. I just noticed this after accessing the site, and maybe just for security reason would be glad if OP will give a utter about this.

Welp, good luck and welcome to this industry, lets just hope that you stay in the long run considering there are lots of gambling websites already closed due to some particular reasons.

I can't try the website because of the level required, there isn't information about the level, how the rank work, and how to grow up, So I think that level is useless. People need to test to believe. they won't deposit furthermore the website created 1 month ago.

What's the letter 'P' icon on those game stats. Do you have your own currency that can only be found on your website and can be exchanged with those supported coins?

If not, it's better if the icon appearing there is the one that your player has used to bet.

They need to rectify their system fast. Otherwise, many players will complain about this setting.
Have you sent a pm to them or sent an email to their support?
They are just new, so expect there will be some bugs or issues that need to address.
Try using small amount for now because we don't know what other issues lie ahead.

Do you have stats of how much experience should we get on level whenever playing?

The purpose is to have a reference or preview on how much it will costs to be on the Bronze level.

About the design, I'm not that too strict or what but contrary to what other is saying, I found the layout was good. A simple and clean page.

You should email them about this issue, try to make a video of it. Based on their FAQ, they will give you reward if it was really a bug of the site. I found it same like ‘Yogee’, the website doesn't allow to open multiple tab.

@OP, is your site in beta version or it is the full version? Personally, I don't found your website layout as great. Yellow colour of dice game logo doesn't look good for the deep background theme of the casino. Also move the user profile icon at top right corner of the page. Currently it's staying at top middle of the page which looks a bit odd. There are few more things which need to be improve. Faucet is available from bronze VIP level. So, there is no way to test the game without making deposits.

25% is indeed impressive but you need to be a user with the highest level (fortune) in this site.
The fortune level requires you to collect 5M XP but I'm not really sure how much money to be wagered to get that much XP.
The rakeback is also counted from winning bets only, so basically it is not impressive at all because most rakeback is based on the wagered amount no matter you lose/win the bets.

Not bad for a fresh starter and there will be more room for improvement if this will continue to run in the long run. I like the UI and design it makes it clear to see and easy to understand although there are few problems about the overall UI but it's closer to perfection. And also you really need a license to operate your casino online and to help people to trust your casino.

Just tried it with Chrome browser and the same thing happened to me although it only one of them (the new one) that closes immediately
Looks like the site does not allow us to open two or more tab at the same time

I'm getting that for nonce 0 my roll number is 26.52 but instead it was 12.98 and for nonce 1 scripts return 45.31 but your site gave me 23.14

Just visited your site and I liked the design and UI. I like the playcoiner flipping animation too. The FAQ section seems like it was written in a hurry. Basic Q&A like min deposit, min withdrawal etc need to be added asap.

Separate chat and support options is another pro. I like the fact that your site supports multiple cryptocurrencies at launch. Will you be adding your cryptocurrency later on(Playcoin)?

Also, I advise launching a signature campaign or bounty to help promote your site in this forum.

Nice and clean design while viewing from mobile. I see you have mentioned in the FAQ that, this casino license is still pending and currently is beings process by the licensing authority of Belize. So is your company allowed to operate in the market?
