Ofcourse any casino would try to lure the players to play more but if those two players are sane enough then they should withdraw immediately and the casino should approve it within 24 hrs at most. If not, address the problem publicly.
We are talking about big winning means big amount stake here, nobody knows if the winner are pure win or there is an exploit system causing win.

Because of that some casino apply security checking few days to make sure everything ok, too risk allowing big winning cashed out instant or even within 24 hours. We just need to be patient and see what will happened.

Stick to sites that have instant withdrawals regardless of the amounts Wink (Obviously unless hot wallet is empty)
I agree to that, There are many sites that allow instant withdrawals of balances like primedice and multiple online casino's and sportbook's. I don't think it's fair to be in a situation where the operator is stalling for time after legally winning these bitcoins.

several cases that some people will keep playing until all "verification" have been done , is not always ended losing. there is a chance for us as a winner to make that winning amounts larger. so never blame casino who hold your cons it's not 100% their fault. half is on ourselves.
but i agree with norrisk, a casino should "block" "freeze" the amount that we've requested to withdraw so it will looks more fair.

You are probably right that they have very little incentive to pay out rather than to tempt you to keep playing.

The thing is, they should "block" your balance as soon as you request a withdrawel, that means, make it unavailable for playing. Once this happens, you don't see your coins anymore and there is no risk of using the funds for that one extra lucky spin.

Poker might be a different story, as the casino doesn't benefit from a player losing directly, rather from the volume they generate (rake each hand). If the player uses strict strategy, the platform would likely not lose out a lot due to the player withdrawing a part of their bankroll.

Hi,

Two cases came to my desk lately and made me bring this topic on to the forum to get some opinions. These two cases are real players playing online games and enjoying their time with operators mentioned in bitcointalk.org threads.

The issue is that these two players won, and won big time.
Player 1 won more 22.5 BTC, while playing slots, provided by very known slots studio, in bitcoin only online casino.
Player 2 won (During period of more than 3 weeks) over 36 BTC with one of the poker platforms, which accept bitcoin and real money.

These two players are holding their money in the balance now and trying to cashing it out to their bitcoin wallets.
As we all know, this is money making businesses and as much as the players wants their money, the operators not likely to pay so fast, there are "money left in balance" promotions by the operators, VIP account manager and more. The players are aware of all that and ready to keep playing ! Its the place to say both are fully KYC and not fraud players at all

So there is a thin line for the operators to walk on, between paying the player, but try to keep as much in house and for the player to keep on playing but still get some cash into his wallet.

Would love to hear some opinions

Thanks
