Someone working with Playerup has reached out to me here and apparently, there was a problem with their system so they'll process the withdrawal manually. It's solved.

haven't used it personally, but a few searches shows that the site seems to have a lot of customer support problems (withdrawals in particular).
they seem to have a somewhat active support team on their subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/playerupcom/) if you want to try to get their attention there. seems most of the posts on there are about withdrawals taking too long anyways.

All of those complaints are still fresh and only a few got resolved and the remaining still stuck on the waiting game. They do really have issue on most withdrawals.
Just wait up for that PlayerUpJordan dude to respond yet he seems active on these issues.Just wondering how they would put up Bitcoin option if you cant paste up Address. Huh Huh

I've always found listings about online games accounts there, but I haven't used the site until now.

I have deposited more funds then I need because I thought about using them in the future as well. But then I noticed that the guy I was buying from is no longer offering his services. So now, while trying to cash out the credits because I no longer need them, nothing happens.

Playerup allows multiple cashout methods such as PayPal, Skrill, Bitcoin etc.

The weird thing is that while filling to withdraw bitcoin, It asks you for an email address and between brackets, it says "any exchange" which makes me think they don't even know how bitcoin works because I should clearly fill an address there (It's impossible to copy paste anything but an email).

So my question is to anyone who used this site before, is there is any chance I could withdraw my funds? I have tried with Skrill but that didn't do anything either... so I'm not sure If I'm doing this wrong (because the site is a little bit confusing) or the system is actually broken (but that wouldn't make sense because I haven't seen other people complaining about it). I opened multiple support tickets and It's being almost three/four weeks now and no replies.
