Try different miners, and old versions too. My gts450 runs best on old versions of poclbm, the newer the worse hashing. All  the work ever done to mining code is to optimize for AMD cards, so sometimes it makes it worse for nvidia cards. Most don't care, except for the few squeezing out a couple MH on the gaming card.

I had a spare GT 220 lying around that I did some tested with, related to bitcoin. I got about 10 to 11 Mhashes from it. Playing with flags didn't produce any better results, so it looks like you're getting the most you can out of it.

You can use this as a reference:

 https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

For most cards people have listed their settings/miner and the Mhash/s that was accomplished using those settings.

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison:
GT220    10.8

Im getting 10.5 - 11.

I know, i know, my GT 220 sucks at mining - lets get that out of the way, anyways, i installed Modern Warfare 2 a few days ago, and i usually turn off mining while playing the game (thinking it would lag), but i forgot to today and played it like normal while mining - i didnt notice any lag or anything different. Im using guiminer without any flags, is there some flags i could use to maximize the amount of hashes i could be getting out of the video card?
