On the support button u mention, it is only possible to talk to them via Telegram which I haven’t used before so not sure how safe it is?

The button refers directly to the official Telegram group of PlayZap, so you don't have to worry that it won't be safe. I have entered the group, it's a group with few members, but I see that the PlayZap team is quite active there. BTW, I asked about this token in the previous post and you haven't responded to it, can you elaborate on this project & token?

I don't follow the project or know about it, but if it refers to your problem, you should be able to find a solution right away. Below the options for migrating the link you shared, you can see a "Support" button right below it. There you can be directly assisted by their relevant team regarding the token migration that you have made. If I may ask, is $PZP a token based on a P2E project?

I am invested in Playzap and a few weeks ago they had a token migration which I completed but have not received my new tokens yet.

I filled out everything required and my transaction history on the playzap migration page says ‘success’ but I have not received the new tokens yet and not sure why.

First time I have had to do something like this.

I sent the playzap tokens I had from my cold wallet address and just thought the new tokens would be sent to my cold wallet when complete. Does it not work like that?

Playzap say the new tokens take 4-6 days to arrive and its been 8 days now.
