I emailed them asking if I could switch to PLDT Home DSL and here is their reply.
Allow us to inform you that we cannot directly migrate your current subscription with Ultera Plan 999 to PLDT Home DSL Plan 1299 since it is using a different type of technology. You would need to disconnect your current subscription with Ultera first before applying for a DSL service. Please be guided that your account must be fully settled and you will be charged with the pre-termination fee (monthly service fee X remaining months of the contract) if your service is still within contract. Processing of the said request can be done at the nearest PLDT Sales and Service Center.
For further assistance, kindly provide the concerned service number or account number as our reference in pulling up your Ultera account.
We are looking forward to your response. Thank you.
Now, I'm stuck. I don't want to pay the termination fee. My contract with PLDT is 3 years. Any help or advice would help me a lot.
Last week ng october sila nagpunta dito to install everything and more or less 1 week lang consumed na agad yung 50gb allocation. It is unfair to the consumer na bayaran yung termination fee since hindi mo naman na magagamit yung remaining months once terminated na yung service.
ganun ba sir sobrang nakakapagtaka nga yun..baka naman daming nakakaalam ng wifi password nyo sir?? or ang dami nagamit jan sa inyo..if sure ka naman na hindi nyo nagamit talaga yung 50gb..tell them to prove na nagamit mo talaga yun..makikita naman yun eh..na naconsume mo talaga sya..and sapa baka naman sa gaming mo ginagamit yan??talagang ubos yun..haha
