The transaction was accelerated by me before posting here, and for a transaction to get confirmed, it needs 3 Blocks for your information.

All time set in the same timezone. My forum's time set "Time Offset: 0" the same as blockchain time... UTC time.
about post time, check his last 4 posts he made asking for acceleration help
the 1st, earliest one, was December 27, 2017, 10:16:59 AM, half minute after it gets confirmed

my guess is when he opened the blockchain page, he opened a minute earlier or it hasn't been updated yet
then he proceed to forum and posted on 4 different threads, unknowingly his tx was already confirmed
he probably just realized it after the fourth post and stopped posting to other threads

Stop lying guys, I'd confess, it was me who had to use my secret tools other than begging though to confirm that transaction, OP I'm begging you, next time think about me and my issues (1_ prostitute for one night, 2_ at least renting a room for 1 month, 3_ I would need to buy a smart phone if I'd ever want to impress a girl excluding Lauda for now because she couldn't see if I have a phone or not, and countless other issues) you either are laundering money or they were stolen, or you wanted to make sure your transaction would go through if you were blocked by ~~Bittrex~~ USG.

I do, they are in bed with top 5 mining pools to spam the network and bump the fees, they would earn them back with 7-12 extra Bitcoins in fees for each block.
