It's so obvious that you have no experience and don't know what are you talking about. For how long are you dealing with Bitcoin and what exactly do you know about it?
Things are not as simple as it seems and there is also the solution for unconfirmed transactions that appear because of different reasons. Last few days there was extraordinary situation caused by miners but that doesn't mean that Bitcoin is ruined, it's not that easy and it will not happen over night.
Btw. there are transactions accelerators that can help.solve this and using recommended fees is also the good advice.
