The hacker might use a proxy, mine was hacked by IP address 62.210.11.82. Some other user reports 42.112.83.131.
I guess the solution to the hacks might be adopting 2FA authentication + forcing password changing every 6 months.

Apparently this IP is going around and hacking BitCoinTalk accounts by bruteforcing/hacking/guessing the password:
43.224.109.33
If this IP will be banned it won`t help a lot, really. It`s pretty easy to get proxy for now. So, the only hope is to set a password, strong enough not to be broken. Anyway, wish you luck with this case.

the .msg file is a exact Verbatim copy of the email I received from the BitCoinTalk software alerting me about the changed password.
Many antiviruses block .msg due to it can carry viruses, but this file is as safe to open as any email from BitCoinTalk.org
Ok, i just download and scan it and its clean.

But still, did you think if thats ip is the real hacker's ip address?
And AFAIK hacker always use different ip address or hide their real ip address. So, i don't think that's the real hacker's ip.
