My question is: Once i sell bitcoin for steam wallet code and do not redeem it (in order to sell it), is it possible for the buyer to commit fraud. I don't have much knowledge about steam so someone please clarify. What is the way out?
If i get your question correctly, you want to give someone bitcoins, in exchange for steam gift cards? In most cases, they are indeed able to scam you, because they can just either not sent you the correct code / use the code after they received your bitcoin. It might not be possible if they buy the gift card in the form of a "steam gift" which won't display a code to the buyer of the gift? ( I am not sure about this.)
