I don't know if this should be taken seriously or not. Your a newbie asking for a service and willing to pay that huge amount? Consider funding an escrow for this and we might do what you want.
In order to be taken seriously, you need to have a guarantee you will deliver (aka. an escrow)

A considerable payment and the fact that you're saying you will pay a week after the job is done? Sounds like a scam in itself. I would suggest you use an escrow if you are legitimate.
