Why risk them getting stopped at customs is beyond me to understand.

Courier can't be that expensive, I normally buy my cigarettes from a member here. Tried regular post and customs kept stopping them, courier has been 99% successful and he replaced if customs seized

We can do it only with Normal Registered Mail, Tracking number available. We do not offer shipment in any courier, like DHL or something. Main reason, pricing. And second reason is customs.

This seems risky because if customs choose to open the parcel they will see contraband in the delivery then destroy at the border then nobody wins. You prepared to pay up front in that case?
