just because your problem is solved positively this thread should stay, just like negative cases.

It is now resolved, Duelbits has credited me what was owed. Issue resolved!

just because your problem is solved positively this thread should stay, just like negative cases. this can be considered a positive representation of Dulebits, and that in the end they still take care of their customers. your experience can help someone in the future.

I am posting on behalf of Duelbits. Duelbits ran an audit on your account and you're correct, there was an error in the system that didn't log your bet. Duelbits wants to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you! You were ignored without any ill intention but Duelbits gets messages like yours on the daily, in a very very rare case there was an error like yourself, they do an audit on accounts to see if what is stated is correct. Again, they want to apologize and your account has been credited with $3,500.

Please keep in mind that if you reach out to live support and misrepresent your case it will cause nothing but difficulties in finding out what actually happened.
