I think your OP doesn't belong in this board you can probably move your topic in scam accusation can we know what is the problem? How we know if he is a liar it is better if you have any proof so that we can know what is the problem.

If you are accusing someone being a liar, this is not the proper section to talk about it. And you might give more details of what happened. Adding the accurate details of what actually happened can make a difference.
Did he scammed you or did he stole something from you aside from lying? you lack of many details.
