This user has been gaining bounty with this account for weeks. moreover, the signature campaign manager does not react this. (Bitcasino  Signature)
any issue on any running campaign, you need to take it up with the campaign manager
if the participant breaks any forum rules, for eg. spam or plagiarism, then just report it to moderator

He's been using a stolen account and has been making money for weeks. And no one banned this account?
if noone reported it as hacked/stolen, mod can't just ban him solely based on your suspicion
and this doesn't look like a case of stolen account but just bought account which doesn't warrant for a ban

What's your objective OP?

OP's objective is simply, he brought the case forward so the user @mich will lose his slot on the Bitcasino signature campaign as he could not secure a slot himself. The whole requesting for ban subject title is just a distraction as he knows none of those offense will results to ban and considering he has committed similar offense don't think he was expecting a ban respond because it would had affected him too. He's just jealous and looking for a way to stop his partner in crime from enjoying the privilege he's currently enjoying.

Lol

- Tagged for Merit trading
- Tagged for stealing someone's account
- Tries to apply for Bitcasino campaign

And yet here you are complaining about another
- Merit trader
- Account thief, who is already enrolled in the same campaign you want to join so bad

How ironical?
What's your objective OP?

You could contact the Campaign Manager and advise him that the provided profile has red trust for the alleged reasons provided in the feedback. The rules are his to define and enforce, and not all Campaign Managers restrict red-trusted accounts from taking part in their bounties, but it’s worth a shot if you consider it.

You did not noticed that OP and accused user both are neg trusted for hacked account and Merit trading.

So what is the basis of OP complain? both should be thrown out of the campaign.

Edit: Further checking, I see OP applied for that campaign here.  Not accepted in campaign, complained in Meta for an existing participant.

It is case of jealousy only.

The reasons stated on both the trusted feedback and untrusted feedback make the account untrustworthy in terms of being the original account owner and merit abusement, but neither of those cause an account to be banned per se (otherwise your account would be banned too).

I did, hence my second paragraph above.

So you are still ignorant of forum rule that forum do not ban for account buying and selling?
Accumulating 800+ activity without reading rules is quite an achievement.

OP you are neg trusted, that user is neg trusted and your campaign manager is also neg trusted, quite a good team there.

I feel the personal jealously here but did Campaign manager accepted the request of change of BTC address without verifying the signed message from previous campaign payment address?

If that participant did not requested any change in payment address then campaign manager is not in fault as such though he should act.
