Yes I'll add comment box as well but for that I'll need some money to hire a programmer for that job so as soon as I get enough money from signature campaign then I'll be able to add a comment box for each faucet.

most voted faucet shows the faucet is popular it's totally up to users if they want to bring highest paying faucet up then vote up.
other hands many highest paying faucet die in a week so it's better to sort by votes because people will vote only those faucet which are stable and paying.

No it's not because I check personally if anyone manipulate votes I reduce votes and send his faucet at bottom.
