BitMaxz is right, you need to have some SOLs at the same address where you hold your token ($trump) otherwise your solana account is deemed inactive and you can't send SPL tokens. But if you have other cryptos in your Trust wallet app, in the same wallet as the one holding your tokens, you can easily get some SOLs in one click by using the swap function of Trust wallet, it will use some DEXs to exchange your crypto against Solanas and send them directly into your wallet without having to connect it to any third party application.

It looks like the issue was you don't have a SOL balance in your wallet. That is why the transaction is having some error like this because the fee is not enough or you don't have a Solana to cover the transaction fee.
Why not try to deposit Sol in your Trust wallet? I think this would solve your problem since you are transferring Trump meme on Solana chain you need a SOL balance to cover the transaction fee.
All wallets are doing the same thing, like in ETH, the NFT's and tokens under the ETH network require a gas fee; it is the same as other chains, like in Solana, where without balance you can't process and send any NFT's or tokens to another wallet.

i transferred official Trump on Trust wallet solana
but now i want to transfer it from Trust wallet to another wallet address but trust wallet show this error :
