The token price going up  when more buyers and demand off course and that's the factor overall we will see slight property value falling becouse the current trend moving to fractional ownership system at some pivotal level there must be correction aswell on the market while capital changing the trajectory from old ways to new ways.

What will happen to early investors funds if the project does not go as expected? Because right now you’re banking on the fact that when your project is launched investors will swarm in to invest – leading to an increase in token value, which thousands of other failed projects also thought about before they entered in the ecosystem.


But i need approval of older members here so i know If i should go forward this idea.


Why do you need approval? It’s your idea – if you have the resources and you believe that the idea will do very well then go on with it, and besides most of the “old member” you’re seeking approval from don’t really fancy altcoins and not to talk of the one that’s already promising unrealistic returns it’s will only create more rooms for your project to be tagged as a scam before development begins.

Lol. I've only seen this thousands of times. It used to be a great way to grab money and earn easy millions for the creator, but by now everyone knows it's a scam. So they moved to many new scams: Forks, DeFi, NFT, Ordinals and I have no doubt they'll come up with other scams in the future.

The idea is not so unique, but unrealistic. Simple question - if I invest in $1000 worth of tokens and get $30,000,000 worth of apartments in return, where does the rest of the funds come from?

There are already several established REIT crypto tokens in the market,  and your project is unlikely to stand out or outperform them.  Why do you think your token will be different or give a better investment opportunity than these existing options?


Do they have opportunity to get cheap tokens and later we can exchange those tokens to property i mean High value Luxury properties.
With my idea Even If one token value 1$ then you get 1 sqf with 1000$ Investment you get more than enough apartments in one building + yields as share holder.
I mean does other ones have so generous rewards?
With my project you can exchange your tokens into properties people don't want just to earn profit by investing REIT or property funds they also want nice luxury property where they can live.

Well i hope you have some tokens buying limits otherwise some big whale Will buy all the tokens and Will own most of your tokens and properties but i guess there token buying limits placed so you can't buy as many you want to make it fair for others.

Possible location Toronto Canada but it all depends on the legal framework and ease of the process and prices since the property owners have hard time to get people to buy it or rent so depends location we could get good bargains.

And that's what the property funds do they wait for opportunties and buy with their investors funds and early investors have opportunity to own high value property with cheap.

We want to invest from collected funds by our token buyers into btc aswell to keep token value backed atleast some % with btc , pretty much like the banks should do to keep gold on their balance sheet.
Becouse the token itself are without value by default same like fiat currency works it has no value and it's rather inflationary than deflationary.



Well well that's how poor people become wealthy becouse they adapt crypto and super rich knows they can't fight so it's better to join.
And those who don't get into crypto slowly slowly getting poor and more poor and that's why rules and regulations aswell so it get harder for many to join crypto.


Mhhhh....but with your idea i can buy 1000 sqf well it's good. My only question is when i can start buying tokens?
But i Will wait approval of smart ones before i join project but it's Sounds like dream.

No it's not really not NFT but my project is token based and later on the token will be added on exchangers so it Will have value based on market price similar like all other coins tokens SOL,btc,ltc and others.
With my idea you can do same with any coin or token it's like pegg the commodities or assets with cryptocurrency.

I need to start collecting funds to pay marketing partners and other partners but first i need know If anyone even join and invest If we get the good start we can be bigger than all other REIT Investment funds.
But this idea don't require so much spending on marketing because it's unique and will attracting investors for sure.
We need just little marketing but nothing too expensive or grazy.

That's why we don't see crude oil gaz or drinking water commercials on TV so same with my project it doesnt need expensive budget for marketing because the value and utility is all ready in this when executed right.

When we develope we are like snowball once we role we Grow bigger and bigger once we are too big too fall and who knows one day we will be the ones who getting bail out from the goverment.
