If the bitcoins haven't returned to its sending address, It was probably rebroadcasted . What wallet are you using? Most of them are rebroadcasting unconfirmed transactions if you leave them open .

You can trust other block explorers like blocktrail, They are updated real time with no delays unlike blockchain.info .

I'd suggest avoiding that website and ignoring the shill... it looks like a scam where they are just charging you $5 now dropped to $1... and then probably just submitting your transaction to ViaBTC accelerator (or worse, doing nothing)... they even copy/pasted the "FAQ" from ViaBTC and left in the bit that it is free!?!! So it all started on the 17th, I initiated a TXID with a very low fee, and I assumed it got rejected this morning because it was no longer on Blockchain.info

Then I found the TXID on another explorer, and it seems my other attempts at recovering the coins has done nothing.

If anyone could help me confirm TXID c2f39bb9c8b512a1e51acd710da04442b718df04d4bef614a404434d3b172138 I would be so grateful.

I am also willing to reimburse anyone who accelerates this enough to get confirmations within 2 hours with DOUBLE whatever they use on accelerating it.
