Hi,

my friend wants to cash Out his ETH but the PC where he had his Wallet on broke down. He only has left his Public Key, a Password to the Wallet and a 12 word seed. He claims that he used electrum to store his ETH but that can't be right? Electrum is BTC only from what ive found. I could already confirm that the right amount of ETH is on the Adress he gave me. Then I Went to myetherwallet.com and wanted to restore the 12 words as a mnemonic phrase. But the Software did Not give me a Button to Confirm as if it would would wait for more words to be entered. Then I tried to enter the 12 words as a parity phrase after following the Guide and downloading the ZIP. Then it let me confirm but it showed the wrong Adress and a Balance of 0.

Do you know where we could restore our 12 word seed?
